International Standards For Phytosanitary Measures No. 15 (ISPM 15) is an International Phytosanitary Measure developed by the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC).

This is a regulation that requires heat treatment (also known as pest control) on wooden pallets. It applies to transportation between the European Union, the United States, and the rest of the world. ISPM15 regulations apply to all solid wood packaging material (wood pallets, wooden collars, and wooden boxes).
